DSW Energy designs and installs solar across four states, with more than 18,000 installations behind it, homes and businesses together, and a team carrying 11+ years of combined experience. This site is the part of that business that works on homes across Parramatta and Western Sydney.

We are an NETCC Approved Solar Retailer and a CEC Accredited Installer, working under NSW electrical licence 497806C. Those are three separate things and all three are checkable, which is the reason to print them rather than say we are trusted.

The crew is ours. The people who quote a job are the people on the roof, and there is nobody to be handed off to when something needs looking at in year three. A good part of our service work is on systems installed by companies that no longer exist, so we are not guessing at what that costs a household.

How we quote

We read twelve months of usage before recommending anything, measure the useable roof rather than the total roof, and model the output face by face. The quote states the size, the brand, the price, the exclusions and the expected output on one page.

We publish starting prices, which most of this industry does not. If a system does not stack up for your household we would rather say so than sell it, because the service work we pick up from other companies is mostly systems that were sold to people they never suited.

Longi, Sungrow, GoodWe, SolaX and Sigenergy. All brands with an Australian presence and a warranty process that works, which matters more than a spec sheet. A warranty is only as good as the company left to honour it.
