The prices on this site

Every price shown is a starting price for a standard installation and is described as “from”. It is not an offer and it is not a quote. Your price is confirmed in writing after someone has assessed your roof, your switchboard and your usage.

Advertised prices include GST and standard installation and are shown after applicable government incentives, including solar STCs and/or the Cheaper Home Batteries Program discount. Eligibility criteria apply. Additional charges may apply for non-standard installations.

The sizing calculator and the payback figures

The calculator and the payback pages produce estimates from the figures you enter and from published rates that change. They are there to give you a realistic starting point, not a promise of output, savings or a payback period. Your own result depends on your roof, your shading, your usage pattern and the tariff you are on.

Rebates and incentives

Government incentives are set by the relevant scheme, not by us, and eligibility criteria apply. What is described on the rebates page is our reading of the rules as they stand. It is general information, it is not financial or legal advice, and the amount you qualify for is confirmed on your written quote.

Accuracy

We keep this site current and we check what we publish. We do not warrant that every page is free of error or up to date at the moment you read it, and nothing here forms part of a contract unless it is repeated in a quote or an agreement we have given you in writing.

Content on this site

The text, images, layout and code of this site belong to us or are used with permission. You are welcome to read it, print it and link to it. You may not republish it as your own. Third-party names and logos, including equipment manufacturers, belong to their owners and appear here to identify the products we install.

Where we link out, we do it because the page is useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what they say or do.

Your enquiry

What happens to the details you send us is set out in our privacy policy. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract and does not commit you to anything.

Installation, warranty and payment terms

The terms that apply to the work itself, including warranty, deposits, payment and cancellation, are the ones set out in the written quote and agreement you receive from DSW Energy. They are not on this page and this page does not change them. Ask us for a copy before you sign anything.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing on this site limits or excludes any right or guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which applies regardless of what any page or any agreement says.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales.
